1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Moore Digital Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company located at 4424 Bremner Dr, Austin, Texas 78749 ("we", "us"), which owns and operates The Trip Countdown. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

The Trip Countdown lets you create a countdown to a trip and send one daily message to the people you add, by SMS and/or email. Message content is generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate — treat it as entertainment, not travel, legal, or safety advice.

3. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

4. Adding travelers and consent

You may only add someone's phone number or email address if you have their permission to receive these messages. You are responsible for the contacts you add and for removing anyone who asks to stop. Recipients can opt out by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, harassment, unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content, to upload contacts you have no right to use, or to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Messaging and carrier terms

Message and data rates may apply to SMS recipients. Delivery depends on carriers and third-party providers, and we cannot guarantee that every message arrives on time or at all.

7. Content

You keep ownership of the trip details and content you provide, and you grant us the limited right to process and display it in order to run the service. We own the service itself, including its software, branding, and design.

8. Payments and refunds

A Trip Countdown is a one-time purchase for a single trip. The price is set automatically from your departure date: $7.99 when your trip is 1–14 days away, and $14.99 when it is 15 days or more away (countdowns run for a maximum of 30 days and begin 30 days before departure for trips further out). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive your full card details. A purchase unlocks daily messages for that trip only and does not renew. All sales are final: because message generation begins immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, credits, or cancellations for any reason, including unused days of a countdown. Prices may change for future purchases.

9. Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moore Digital Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed, delayed, or inaccurate messages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

11. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your trips at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
